Just wondering if anybody has any experience with electro etching? i have found several plans to make etching units online. but thought i would check here and see if anyone here has tried it. It is used for
etching metal and it looks like you can get some pretty good depth.

The Etch-O-matic has been around for years. I don't know anyone in the engraving industry who owns one. There must be a reason that it isn't a commonly used device in the engraving industry, but I don't want to be the one to find out why.
